Montenegro Post has issued what appears to be two stamps in their 2011 Europa issue that depict maps. The 2011 Europa issue commemorates the UN’s International Year of the Forest. The map in each issue shows the the European countries (Europa issuing countries?) cut from a leaf. One issue contains two 0.90€ stamps in portrait orientation in a souvenir sheet. The first stamp shows the “EU” emblem formed out of leaves, with the second stamp shows the European countries, using the leaf cut-out described above, both on a green background. The second issue, also a 0.90€ denomination, depicts the European countries leaf cut-out map on a white background.
