Society Member Bob Lamb Named ATA’s Distinguished Topical Philatelist for 2016

Fellow CartoPhilatelic Society member Bob Lamb has been named the 2016 American Topical Association’s Distinguished Topical Philatelist! The Distinguished Topical Philatelist is a “ very special honor bestowed upon a person who has made significant contributions to topical philately and the ATA in particular.”

Bob has been active in the American Topical Association (ATA) and other philatelic endeavors including serving as the Executive Director of the American Philatelic Society (APS) and is currently a Director of the ATA. His articles are printed monthly in the APS – American Philatelist. Bob is present at almost all APS and ATA shows and is accessible and gracious in sharing his vast knowledge of philately.
